We went on the early evening dinner cruise as part of a Scenic touring holiday. Unfortunately the weather was rather disappointing, it started to rain 15 minutes into our trip up the river, we were still able to see the iconic bridge and opera house but couldn't take advantage of being outside of the boat. The three course meal was... More

So I paid extra for a table by the window - don't! You can get up and walk around the ship to see the sights. BTW the window seat we had had rain all over it - it had rained earlier in the day and the window was dripping wet - why didn't someone dry them before our cruise?? The... More

This lunch cruise was included as part of my guided tour around Australia. It was fantastic. Fillet steak cooked beautifully and a lemon tart for dessert. Considering the numbers that are being catered for the food was outstanding. Luckily we had a sunny day so all the wonderful sights were clear to see before we sat on the upper decks... More

We used the Captain Cook Harbour tour to explore to reach several attractions around Sydney Harbour and enjoyed the commentary along the route. The boats are clean, comfortable, and travel on-time as promised. I must admit not recalling the exact per person price but think it was around $40 each. In any event we found it to deliver good value... More

This is my second time taking this cruise and it's one of my favorite things to do in Sydney. You take a lovely 2 hours cruise around the harbour while drinking delicious coffee and eating biscuits. The views are great and the historical commentary is really interesting. A tip - try to do this on your first afternoon in Sydney... More

We enjoyed the Gold Penfold's dinner cruise which we had priority boarding at circular quay at 7pm. We were shown to the top deck where we enjoyed a glass of champagne and canapés with opportunities for a photo in front of the opera house and sailed under the harbour bridge to darling harbour. The degustation and wine pairing was perfect... More

My wife and I have used the hop on hop off as a vehicle of exploring various major cities, and it was uniquely different to do a boat cruise. It takes about two hours for the round trip, and there are nine different stops on the way. We got on the boat at Darling Harbour, and after completing the complete... More

Many cities have hop-on-hop-off busses, but this is the ferry version around Sydney Harbour. While the schedule isn't nearly as frequent as most bus service, usually there's not much more than a half an hour wait for the next one to arrive. Unfortunately, we only saw the main harbour, the Zoo, and the island fort, due to the length of... More

The cruise boat was spacious and clean. The crew were very friendly and helpful, especially with my grandparents who needed wheelchair assistance. The views were spectacular and the commentary was funny and informative. The whole family really enjoyed the cruise. Highly recommend!
