WOW! What a delightful classy find at the rear of the Kirkton Hotel in Darlinghurst. Blink, and you will miss it - so don't blink. One of the best bars I have been to in the world- cosy, friendly knowledgeable engaging staff- extensive cocktail menu.

I went with a couple of friends here, let me just say it's very popular and VERY busy so don't be disappointed if they tell you they're fully booked and to come back. Definite worth the wait as the cocktails are delicious and beautifully made....More

Beautiful Hidden inside a building. When inside it appears that you are transported to France. Great Cocktail skills and beautiful interior. I had a Contender and it was just divine.

Loved the whole experience, if you love your cocktails this is a must try, yes it's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. The love/science that goes into every drink is worth the money. Will be returning!!

I have been a regular at this place for a number of years now; and what a place it is! Over time, Eau de Vie has become busier and busier; however the customer service is still brilliant. Most whiskies that you can think of are...More

Home of the small bar revolution in Sydney,
Darlinghurst has more bars per capita than any other
