We walked around the expansive park. It has lots of birdlife, with 9 ponds. Also statues dotted around the park, cafes and plenty of toilets. Great place to have a picnic.

Rented bikes for a few hours. The trail is flat and paved. Well marked. Will take about 30-minutes to complete one lap. Good views of the park along the way. Part of the biking trail is uphill; the rest is downhill especially when getting close...More

Centennial Park has a new playground for children. Plenty of native vegetation, bespoke climbing activities and a water play fountain. You'll find a mobile cafe van parked inside on busy days for parents. A solid one hour for the kids to explore.

Hi Tez_Shaz_Bali, Thanks for the great review! You have some great suggestions! Just a small note, the park has sufficient natural food for birds. Feeding birds bread and some other processed foods can make them sick. - Centennial Parklands
