Interesting Beach

This beach has many yachts, its an ok beach but not as nice as Manly Beach. However, any beach in Sydney is refreshing on a very hot day in Sydney.

Watson's Bay and either of the two restaurants at the end of the pier are must visits while in the greater Sydney Harbor area. The food is great and while it can be a bit touristy, it is still one of the best Sunday day trips there is. Always enjoy eating and then wading in the water and sitting comfortable... More

This is a lovely location, accessed by the ferry from Circular Quay. There is a great park and lovely beaches. The best thing about Watson's has to be Doyle's seafood restaurants. There is the casual diner close to the ferry, or the up market restaurant right by the beach. Great walks too. You can also get there by bus.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch on the waterfront. Many restaurants to chose your cuisine. The fish and chips are a must to go with a very generous bloody marry. We walked to the top of the hill and could see surrounding towns and seascapes-very beautiful. A must see on the Sydney visit.

Tucked up at the eastern extremity of the harbour is Watson's Bay. A quiet little cove with a real village environment. Beautiful clifftop walks, lovely parks to sit and relax along with quality eateries are there to savour. Browse through the lovely little streets and admire the old and new homes. Access is easy with a short ferry ride from... More

A lovely and relatively quiet Bay in comparison with places like Manly and Bondi but well worth the vist with nice walks and of course a coffee, lunch or a fish meal at Dooley's. Get the ferry from Circular Quay and you can also catch a ferry from here to Manly if you want to experience a livelier location.

A short ride by ferry from Sydney. Nice beach, picnic areas, play area for children. Good fish and chip restaurant. Nice place to go for day or part of day.
