The Company presents an annual season of diverse productions at its own venues at The Wharf and nearby Sydney Theatre at Walsh Bay, and as the resident theatre company of the Sydney Opera House. Enjoying the plays more now than in past years - have been picking the eyes out of the programmes and found some interesting plays. Dinner at the Drama theatre last night had a strong cast and fascinating dialogue. Australian Graffiti a few weeks ago at...More

From getting the tickets to pre show reviews and information the STC cannot be faulted ....the shows themselves provide a variety to ensure they are thought-provoking ...the cafe is quite expensive however but with spectacular views at the Wharf precinct .....seats pretty comfortable

This play is wonderful. It is written by an Australian writer and performed by Australian actors. The acting is wonderful, the timing is brilliant, it is funny and entertaining and thought provoking and altogether NOT TO BE MISSED.

Great production of Talk by Jonathan Biggins, so relevant to today's media - excellent cast, script and stage settings; find with STC, you need to pick the eyes out of the year's productions - this was so much more interesting and relevant than a lot...More

Always enjoy the theatre but very poor experience at the bar. We ordered a cheese plate for 2 which was very sparse, with stale nuts and crackers, a few old grapes and very little cheese. At almost $30 a very disappointing experience in delightful surroundings!

My teenage daughter and I attended the recent production of The Popular Mechanicals and had an excellent time. The cast were great and the play was most amusing. We will not be able to forget those rubber chickens!

Currently showing at the Drama Theatre in the Opera House, this play is surprisingly funny with a great cast, clever dialogue and a thought provoking premise. Highly recommended.

"While most Sydney-siders live outside of the CBD, the City centre is popular for business, shopping and entertainment." That is the view of tour guides and frequent visitors like me. So to find something great to do at night time should be easy when at...More

Fantastic performance of this production. Rose Byrne's comedic timing makes the play , although a very strong and menacing performance by Lachy Hulme also is worth the ticket price . The Roslyn Packer theatre was packed, but still comfortable. I'd recommend this wonderful play to...More

The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and
sailors from the old nation. As the oldest
neighbourhood in the city, the area's cobblestone
streets host more than 100 heritage sites and
buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney,
Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi
“ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the
waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The

Good question which I'm afraid I can't answer. However, you would likely get a better view from the "Theatre Bar At The End Of The Wharf". This is also a bar and restaurant, with a better view!
