The thing I miss most on moving to the Sunshine Coast is theatre and the variety of dining. So my frequent trips "pig out" on these activities. Organised a trip that included a few STC productions plus a Judy Davis / Colin Friels Q&A at...More

Saw Calamity Jane here. The show was excellent. I had my reservation about going to a small theatre as I'd only ever been to larger productions. The venue was small but it appeared as though you would have a good view from all seats. We...More

I've been going to Belvoir since the 1970s and I love it. The two theatre spaces are intimate. The theatre productions are usually fantasic. There's a good bar with pre-show nibbles. And seeing Calamity Jane this week was just a hoot.

First time at the Belvoir for “Bliss”. Atmospheric pre function area with very reasonably priced bar snacks. Great sightlines in Upstairs Theatre but nasty cold breeze on your feet. Enjoyed the production and the unique set of revolving stage with see through and adaptive “glass...More

Went to see The Sugar House, I was thoughly entertained for the 2 hours and 20 minutes the show lasted. The actors really held the audience I would recommend this show to anyone.

I was on a two week trip to Sydney and so decided amongst many other sites and venues to include the theater. What a fabulous setting in a historic building in the Surrey Hills district and which was once a home to actress Cate Blanchette...More

This play is funny and sad and thought-provoking with the Westernised daughters and ‘mummy’ the quintessential matriarch who wants to know what her daughters are doing and causes much embarrassment! It was fun. On till 25 March, don't miss it.

Second time I've been to Belvoir, it is a lovely inner city theatre and was previously a salt factory. We went and saw Ghosts by Ibsen, adapted by Eamon Flack. The script is great though wasn't fully realised by some of the actors and director,...More
