We leisurely walked from Darling Harbour all the way through here to Circular Quay. So much to see and appreciate as you walk through. Easy to access and navigate. Extremely well set out and the flora is amazing. You would easily believe that this place has been established for many years instead of the short time it has actually been here. Once all of the construction work has finally finished I believe this will be the past part along the magnificent harbour.

Such a wonderful walkway around the Barangaroo Foreshore.
The walk is an easy flat walk, unless you wish to walk up all the steps (there is also a lift). Great pathway and seating along the way if you want to stop and ponder, or just to while away some time whilst watching all the activity on the Paramatta River and inner harbor. an easy walk from Barangaroo around to The Rocks if you are feeling adventurous.

This is a beautiful walk around the harbour. We went early evening after dinner at Walsh Bay. Start at Walsh Bay, walk around to the lift, there are clean bathrooms there, and walk back through the top of the gardens via the playground. I do think they could have made a state of the art playground here (they haven’t). Lots of original houses along the top.

One of the best river walk in the countries. It's highly recommended to take a Ferry from Circular to Barangaroo. Alternatively, take a subway to Wynyard station, a very pleasant walk.
Lot of shops, cafes and restaurant long the Foreshore walk and nearby area.

Time to kill while visiting Sydney so we chose a nice walk along this beautiful part of Sydney harbour. Lots of others out and about enjoying an overcast but pleasant day. Easy walking at your own pace and easily accessible by anyone. Plenty of other levels to explore if you want to navigate the steps that take you to so many nooks to explore. Well done by the powers that be who planned this space for the public to enjoy.

A lovely piece of urban planning to allow everyone to enjoy the waterfront. A very easy and flat walk, superb views of the harbour. Good to be in the middle of the city but not in the middle of skyscrapers. Beware that there is not a lot of shade (we went in the late afternoon so sun was not a problem for us)

I came for a walk at Barangaroo early as I was meeting a friend for lunch today.
This place is full of fabulous architecture, and a mix of office spaces and premium apartments right on the water. Serving these are some of Sydney’s best restaurants and cafes. The new casino is also being build here. Well worth coming down for a wonder and a bite to eat on a weekend.
It is a super quick walk from Wynyard station - only 5 minutes, just take the Barangaroo exit and enjoy!

Barangaroo Foreshore Walk is a pleasant way to pass your time. Spend two or three hours, more or less if you wish just taking an easy walk around Barangaroo park and enjoy the surroundings with spectacular views of the harbour and the city.

We have done the Barangaroo Foreshore Walk two or three times, but we have partly walked in the area on countless occasions. This particular Walk is lovely and offers great views particularly over the water. The Walk is quite pleasant and the water offers a special attraction as well. You can start from Circular Quay but any point you care to start is okay. This is by no means the Walk to end all Walks but it is quite pleasant.

I would like a map/directions from Wynyard Station to Barangaroo Wharf 1 (ferry to Cockatoo Island)

Hi, Take the Barangaroo tunnel from Wynyard and head towards Darling Harbour. Once out of the tunnel, keep walking straight ahead, past shops & cafes til you reach the waters edge. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the wharf.
