Really enjoyed visiting, I'm not the biggest enthusiast of planes but found this museum very interesting and amazing to see the big B52 up close. Lots to see.

We took the bus out of Darwin, because we wanted to see the monster B52 bomber, and anything else on offer. It was well worth the trek, because there is a lot to see. This is not the most sophisticated aviation museum in the world....More

As stated by many reviewers...the centerpiece is a massive B52 strategic bomber which is certainly impressive. Scattered around the hangar are other planes, and 2 helicopters as well as smaller displays. No air conditioning in the hangar so dress comfortably. Main setback: no entry in...More

We spent a very pleasant few hours at the Aviation Museum in Darwin. The place is dominated by the B52 which only juts fits in the hanger, it is probably for a good reason but not much of it is accessible which was a shame....More
