But always the staff were very patient and they rebooked all the... More

We went in a few times during our visit and found the staff always helpful, and we found out what we needed to know. Very centrally located on Queen St Mall.

We only had a few days to see as much as possible and the cheery and helpfyl staff at the visitors centre helped us achieve to see everything that we wanted or needed to see and more. A must is the free walking tour, delivered by a local guide with a passion for their own city. Great insight to all... More

Really need a lot of time and patience of you want information from this place. Their website is good and the pamphlets seemed to give us the information fastest - it was just sorting through them. I recommend GOOGLE

The staff was very helpful - providing us with lots of info and maps. The highlight for me, though, was seeing the building it was housed in. It use to be the Regent Theater. Go upstairs in the back to see beautiful murals and architecture.

The centre staff member was very helpful with suggestions about attractions and methods of getting around Brisbane. The male TransLink staff member on duty 11am 9/1/17 was particularly helpful, including clear explanations about use of the "go card".
