Absolutely love walking through the wetlands - the birdlife is amazing. Now all the council need to do is undertake the regenerative program to replace all the trees they took away for the upgrade to the motorway and it would be perfect.

We were greeted by a friendly staff member who was informative and gave the kids a scavenger hunt to complete. There was a snake warning posted with explicit instructions of what to do if you met said snake ( which we did not). The walk...More

Boondall wetlands reserve has great bike/walking track that takes you to or from Nudgee beach (depending on where you start). Quite a easy ride for begginer riders or children. Suitable for both road and mountain bikes.
