I thoroughly enjoyed my dives on the Osprey V, it was unfortunate that I couldn't go on the evolution but it couldn't be helped. All of the crew were extremely welcoming and friendly, they really made me felt looked after. My dive master, Karina, was brilliant. She showed me some really cool stuff on my dive as well as making... More

Half of the boat got sick and started vomiting after a while. They told us that we could buy anti-seasickness after we left. You are supposed to take the pill 30 minutes before you leave, not minutes before you start shaking and feeling bad. I thought it was a lack of organization. Also, they explained stuff while everybody was sick.... More

Hi CXuor, Thank you for taking the time to review our wonderful reef cruise. It is a shame that you experienced motion sickness on the day. We certainly advise all customers that are worried about sea sickness to visit a pharmacy to arrange Travacalm or similar medications to avoid sea sickness. For those that choose not to arrange this we... More

We started our morning with lovely reservations staff that checked us in with a smile at the Reef Fleet Terminal at 7:30am. From there we walked down to a spacious brand new three deck vessel that can comfortably fit 150 people on-board. We were greeted by a super friendly guy called Dee who showed us to the complimentary tea, coffee... More

Had a wonderful time. Boat was clean and spotless. Crew was friendly and very safety conscious. They sincerely were interested in ensuring we had a great time and catered beautifully to novice swimmers through experienced divers. Reef stops were gorgeous and not rushed. Lunch was excellent...shrimp, steak and fish very well prepared. We took the helicopter back to Caines and... More

This is more than a reef trip to the Great Barrier Reef, this is the full on reef experience. Imagine arriving at the marina and the biggest, baddest, best boat there is 'yours for the day', imagine not one, not two but three decks to hang out on and the top one even has bean bags. Now you get scuba... More

The tour was good but there were a lot more people than I anticipated so it was pretty crowded. The weather was not great that day so the waves were quite strong and difficult to get a great snorkeling experience. There were queues to get in and out of the water. The boat was not very steady so it's not... More

The best day out you can have in Cairns. Aaron, Dee & Kyle made it a million times better. It's nice to see that the company puts customer service above all. Thanks for an amazing day. Must do in Cairns!!!

Three of my friends from Hong Kong flew to Cairns to meet me up for reunion, Diving in Great Barrier Reef was one of their bucket list in their lives. All my Dive master friends told me that I cannot miss out this boat - Evolution if I come to Cairns. This is a spacious three deck vessel with completely... More

The Great Barrier Reef is a must see when visiting Cairns, but if you've been snorkeling in Thailand or Hawaii, you may not be wowed. This was my first trip out to the reef so I can't compare it to other tour companies, but there are tons that do similar trips out there. We booked a week in advance, but... More
