Cannot recommend this enough! It was such an amazing experience all over. The dive sites were not crowded at all so we could all see the amazing wildlife. Four dives a day during a 3 days, 2 nights-trip was really worth it - amazing to...More

I did the three-day live-aboard and took my Advanced Open Water at the same time. And I certainly wasn't disappointed. All the staff were good fun, and they ran a well organised boat. The instruction was excellent, and they had no problem running one-to-one dives...More

Boats are well-maintained and staffed with excellent people. For the most part, the staff leave the certified divers alone to dive at their leisure which is how an experienced diver wants it. The boat is quite comfy and serves excellent food. It can get frustrating...More

Pro Dive is the best in Cairns, I won't have it any other way! Before every dive, there is a dive plan and briefing. These are real pros, nice staff, clean boat, good food. Love spending the 3 days with them. The night dives were...More

There is no fancy anything on the 3 day liveaboard trip to the GBR. 30 divers crowded onto the boat. It’s quite the operation. There is very little individual attention unless you are taking a course. I saw James giving a couple of the divers...More

I enjoyed every moment of it even though I had bad sea-sickness during the trip. The crew made this trip fantastic. They were fun, very helpful and enthusiastic. My partner and I participated only as snorkelers: we are not good swimmers and were quite scared...More

Hi, My friend and I are planning to sign up for the Padi Open water certification and we are having a few questions, the courses we are choosing between are PADI 3 Day Ocean Referral Dive Course and PADI 5 Day Learn to Scuba Dive Course: - What is the difference between a PADI Gold Open Water Certification and PADI Open Water Certification? - We don't have enough leave as we both working so we prefer the 3 Days course however, we have realized that it doesn't provide Pool training for 3 days course. We understand we can do the online training at home but it is a bit worried to go straight to dive in the sea without the pool training. How we going to overcome the pool training part ? - It did mentioned it is a Referral Dive Course for the 3 Day PADI course, so what kind of referral we need to get and where can we get it from? If you can provide more information regarding to the questions above, it will be very helpful and give us more confidence to go with your company. Thanks so much !! Regards, Olivia

No i didnt get in time to do the learn to dive... its 2 days theory/pool prior to the 3 day trip. Only snorkelled, but if you want to se coral colors, snorkelling is the way to go as the good stuff is shallow.
