They only reason we went to another Animal Park is because we could actually hold a koala here. We did see crocs which we hadn't seen in other parks. There were more varieties of kangaroos so we could actually see the difference. We could feed them here, but we had to pay for the feed here.

You might be on a tight schedule; shame. This nature reserve deserves the time to observe the wide array of wildlife cohabiting this compact park. The aviary is splendid and the 'herds' of marsupials hop every which way. I am still confused when identifying the disparate families of Wallabies and kangaroos; some small, some big; some light, some dark and... More

Wildlife Habitat was a great way to experience & see the beautiful animals Australia is famous for! From feeding kangaroos to pictures with Samson the koala it was a great experience. The animals are well taken care of, the habitat is clean & you are able to experience it all at your own pace. Well done!

We came to Port Douglas for one day and we visited this beautiful park. We tried the breakfast with birds and it was really tasty and amusing to eat with birds with us .. We could fed kangaroo too and see a crocodile feeding ! We also could see Cassowary for the first time and in their wild life habitat... More

We visited the park 3 days ago. I had previously visited the park 10 years ago with my family and was eager to take my one year old daughter to have breakfast with the birds. Boy was this a disappointment. Both highchairs were covered with black mould. No attempt had been made to scrub them. The food was luke warm... More

Great - loved it. Wouldn't be great with little kids though. Our driver was full of information and the snacks and lunch provided were delicious. Well worth the money.

This attraction gets mixed reviews. My 12 yo daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The animal viewing sessions were educational and the guide answered all questions and gave everyone time to touch the animals (snake, baby crocodile). We paid for the photo to hold the koala and that was my daughter's favorite! Conditions were clean. They are doing... More

We had a great walk from Port Douglas to the Wildlife Habitat and found it very interesting. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of renovating work going on, but I think we were able to see most things. I volunteer at a wildlife park in Adelaide so I found it really interesting to see native animals that we don't have... More

Enjoyed petting the animals....tours were very educational. Some construction but that didn't keep us from seeing the animals.
