I'm a big walker and always walk/hike in the morning for exercise. The hikes here have incredible payoffs with fantastic views. They can also be quite vigorous if you choose to go up and down and up again.

The walk is not worth the effort and really dangerous. Carry plenty of water and a phone. Half the walk is closed.

I did a couple of the walks on the island which were great... Just watch up for lots of rocks so you need good shoes to walk in. Def worth doing...especially Dolphin Point.
