Simply magnificent natural beauty - fine white sand, ocean with many shades of blue.
We were on a bare boat charter, but if you get the chance (even on a day trip) do yourself a favour and visit Whitehaven and Hill Inlet.
I got here via the ocean rafting tour (highly recommended) but you can also hire a provate boat and have your free time.

Incredible beach! For the best views head up to the look out at Hill Inlet. Try and time your visit to the lookout to coincide with middle to high tide for the best of the turquoise waters and swirling white sands.
Fantastic experience. Did the half day trip - southern end of beach. That’s all you need. Beautiful beach with fine white sand. Pleasant swimming. No jellyfish seen. Spectacular blue water to match. Went for the walk to the lookout. Magnificent views of Whitsundays from there.
