Stayed 3 nights but could have stayed a fortnight. Amazing birdlife and scenery. Perfect still open sky nights with glorious sunny mornings all enjoyed in early winter 2020!  The island provides a wonderful feeling of isolation. We will be back.

was part of a bus tour to this beautiful Mundoo Island Station.....the owner hooped on board the bus and talked to us while we drove through her property...she explained all about the birdlife, livestock, history and life on the station. WE then stopped and had a quick look at the old huts full of old equipment, tins, car wrecks etc. The scenery was beautiful and I enjoyed taking some great photographs. The tour took about 1.5 hours. This is a private property so you can only get there on a tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and appreciated her time and effort in sharing her experiences.

Lovely time camping by the water, even caught dinner! Being able to have a small campfire was a bonus.
