Just an ordinary tram now. However, the section along Jetty Road is free, as is the section through the city from South Terrace to the Entertainment Centre, by the railway Station.

I took the tram from central Adelaide to Glenelg. It was an interesting journey & quite cheap to travel on. It was lovely to see the area from another viewpoint.

Visit the tourist information bureau to obtain free travel for seniors between the hours of 9.00am and 3.00pm. Well worth the effort and a lovely trip out to Glenelg Beach.

There is only one tram going out to Glenelg so it should be pretty straightforward and you can pay once you are on.
