I had high expectations for this trip as I'd read some of the other happy customers. Russell was our guide and he was both funny and informative. The wine tasting was great and we didn't have too much or too little to drink. I'd really...More

Enjoyed the tour but feel that more food was needed at the actual tastings........some cheese and crackers would have been nice to help with the amount of alcohol we were tasting. Lunch again was nice but something more substantial would be better. Unfortunately we missed...More

Dear Vivian You are right, we do have a walk in the high street of Tanunda brochured (we're actually the only tour company offering this). Unfortunately, on the day you took our tour the 'Tour Down Under' bike race meant road closures within the Barossa...More

I think the common theme on all of the average reviews here is rush rush rush….. Barossa Valley is a beautiful place and I came with a very high expectation with this tour group based on the TA reviews, I guess I should’ve looked at...More

You can hardly judge a product on 0.3% of it's reviews and call it a common theme! I prefer to look at the common theme of the 650+ Excellent/Very Good reviews we have received over the last 6 years for this tour which highlight its...More

So I am going to disagree with the majority of reviews here for some very specific reasons. We had John as our guide. I know he has been criticised in one review for actually talking too much but I didn’t mind that and found him...More

Dear taschenfan Thanks for your review. While we are of course immensely disappointed to receive our first poor review I have noticed that of your previous 13 Trip Advisor reviews your most frequent ranking is a 1 star terrible, so perhaps our 2 star Poor...More

What a great trip, picked up from my hotel and given a really informative trip through the Barossa valley. The vineyards were brilliant and even though it was 46 degrees outside it had no bearing on our comfort. Highly recommended!

Firstly this is a great group of people to work with. We were on a cruise ship and the standard pick up locations are not great for the port - especially when you have such a limited time in port. In my contact email I...More

Generally weekends are busier. If you have an option mid week would be better as there would be less people in the Barossa itself.
