Josephine's Gallery is a 'MUST SEE' whilst in Coober Pedy. Wander through the impressive ABORIGINAL ART GALLERY, play a DIDGERIDOO, choose a beautiful OPAL from our extensive range or KISS A KANGAROO. Our passion is raising orphaned kangaroos and we offer you the opportunity to see these amazing creatures up close and maybe even hold a baby. Feeding times daily at 12 noon and 5:30pm. Don't be late!

The visit here was part of a tour. First, we had half an hour to browse through the artwork, then, we could feed the kangaroos. The highlight was watching the little joey being fed and hoping around. Incredibly cute.

We went for the 12 o'clock kangaroo feeding experience. It was lovely to get up close and personal to some red kangaroos and to see a 6 month old joey. Terry is very relaxed and informative about his mob.
