First to Port Arthur where we learned so much about the beginning of the penal colony there and of course the poor conditions even amongst the beautiful scenery. Then on to a picnic lunch viewing the swans and pelicans. And last to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary where we got upfront and personal with hundreds of kangaroos. And saw and learned about... More

This great tour combines the history (with incredible scenery) and the amazing Australian animals including the iconic Tasmania Devils. It is a fantastic day with many new experiences enjoyed in the shore time that is available for cruise ship passengers. We would love to share another Tasmanian experience with you in the future. We had a six day tour in Tasmania, going from Launceston to Hobart. We couldn't have visited so many places and seen the most of Tasmania during such short stay without Judy's thoughtful planning and advice. Judy is more than a tour guide, she's actually a friend of whoever traveled with her, always ready to show her guests with great... More

I truly loved being able to share your visit to Tasmania with you. I too felt as though we were friends, travelling together. We had many laughs as we travelled and I am looking forward to your next visit so we can explore another part of Tasmania together. There is still so much to see and experience. More

We were a party of six and booked a private tour with Judy when our Cruise ship arrived in Hobart in February. Judy picked us up at the pier and took us touring for the day to Mt. Fields National Park and Bonorong Wildlife Center. Judy was with us every step of the way and gave us insights into the... More

Four of us had a great day trip guided by Judy in Bruny Island. The cruise was really worth to go even it was relly windy in the sea. Judy is very good. She is professional and enthusiastic at her work and life. She is very knowledgeable, we learnt some things about history, agriculture and geography from her. She is... More

I loved our time together even though it was a very short. Everyone was delightful and I know it was a very different way for you to spend your birthday. Happy Birthday. I can't wait for our next journey together. More

After a rocky tour experience to Bruny Island, the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre booked a private tour of Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary and Richmond with Judy from Eye See Personalised Tours. We could not have had a more different experience - Judy was a font of knowledge, cheerful and humorous and took very good care of my father who is... More

I was so glad I could make your last day in Hobart a memorable one after your less than pleasant experience with another company on the previous tour. I loved your dad and found him a total delight. The "secret" afternoon tea spot made the afternoon even more special as it was a surprise for you all. I look forward... More

We were visiting Hobart for the day on a cruise and had booked a private tour with Judy rather than the ship's very expensive excursion. Our brief was that we wanted to visit Port Arthur and to see Tasmanian Devils! Our initial enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The pick up from the ship worked just as arranged and... Sandie is such an enthusiastic member of the Eye See team. She always goes above and beyond to make her guests feel special (which they are). She is a great photographer so I am sure you have some wonderful photos as mementos of your time in Hobart. The animals at the end of the day are always a highlight and... More

This was a private shore excursion from the ship and Judy immediately rearranged our itinerary to ensure we used our time efficiently. Judy was knowledgeable and fun and our day was splendid in every respect. We visited the Women's Factory (fascinating), the charming town of Richmond where we had a wonderful home made picnic lunch and then got to feed... More

It was a fun day and being able to redesign a more suitable itinerary for your requirements on the day was all part of the fun. It made an even more interesting day full of spontaneity and discovery. There was even a little time to do some shopping in the cruise ship terminal before departure. It was a fantastic day. More

We had a five day visit to Hobart in March and filled our time there to the full, including two separate tours with different operators arranged through the excellent tourist information centre. The first of these was not at all successful but on the second we struck gold with Eye See and the Lady in Purple, Judy. She was the... More

My wife and I visited Tasmania late March with my parents who were visiting us from India. With my mom having a very recent knee replacement, I was looking for some one who can provide customised touring experience and I chanced upon Eye See while going through different options in TripAdvisor. As the name suggested, we did get a personalised... More

You are a wonderful family and I loved being part of your experience. (and we had a few interesting, unplanned ones.) It was great to be able to spend time with your mum in the wheelchair, so you could all go and enjoy venturing a little further and quicker on your own. I cannot wait for your return so we... More

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful tour of Hobart and the surrounding area lead by Sandi of Eye See Personalized tours. Sandy was a terrific guide with an obvious love for her country. Cruise ship passengers always have a very limited time in which to experience Hobart and Sandie is great a maximising the experience. Most of her guests go home with sore cheeks from laughing all day. She is a joy to have in the Eye See team. More
