Great place for a walk on the Derwent river edge. Then visit the local shops to see what is on offer here. Yacht clubs and yachts everywhere! Would be easy to arrange a sail also.

Sandy Bay is one of those eclectic and premier suburbs. It is in a sought after area close to the CBD but also gaining popularity as a university suburb and so has an interesting mix of diverse cultures.
