Walked by this great place and remembered fondly attending the Aussie Open in 2014. The complex is absolutely great, and with 3 covered courts, the occasional rain-out does not stop all play. Melbourne is a very fun city for the time spent outside of the...More

The Rod Laver Arena is again going to take your breath away literally if you happen to be there on a windy day. But to imagine that so many Tennis greats have played here and displayed their Tennis prowess is very enchanting.

For less than 50 aud you can enter inside, but it is a must to buy a ticket for a play, you can see a lot of action even in the preparatory spots

Went to see 2017 Australian open - glad we saw Roger's match. I'd admit that this arena is beautifully designed and you just can't miss it. It's a treat to watch any match over here.

Everyone has to go to the arena just to see how magnificent it is-- tennis, live bands and to think in 2006, the gymnastics were held for the Commonwealth games-- great in every way

Went on a day pass to see matches played outdoors, also look at all the sponsors exhibits. The Aussie open has many attractions other than the matches good for children to try there skills at various tennis attractions.

The Loft is a separate upstairs area with a balcony. It doesn't overlook the arena. It does have it's own toilets, bar area for drinks and a food menu also. It has couches to relax in while you wait for the show and you can... More
