Chapel Street is a real mix - the architecture is fantastic with a lot of deco era buildings that house everything from $2 shops to expensive labels, as well as many cafes and restaurants. There's an Irish pub too. The street has a great vibe, a bit less slick and than many other parts of Melbourne - it's a good... More

Shop during the day, party at night. Especially revolver is the place to be if you are on a binge. Great atmosphere in this street.

The heart of Melbourne's fashion district, you can spend a day traversing the street bottom to top and back to bottom again. There's things for all tastes and it's well worth the time invested.

If you like to shop go to this trendy street, and afterwards eat at one of the many cafes and restuarants along this strip.

Chapel Street has so many venues for food and drink. A great place to get away for Italian, Polish, Asian, African and Australian foods, with a number of pubs and bars which get quite busy Friday and Saturday nights

Chapel Street is accessible by tram or train, and very close to the city. It has many different shops to offer - groceries, clothing, fresh fruit and veg from the market. Many cafes, restaurants and bars to choose from. Has multiple cinemas too. Highly recommend the visit when coming to Melbourne

This street is easily reached by tram from the CBD and is worth walking down if only to see the variety of shopping mainly clothing – it is also a long street. It also has a great range of coffee shops and eating places.
