We were picked up in Broome and taken to Willie Creek. The trip was about an hour long and most of it was rough, bumpy, unsealed road. Then we had an hour coming back. The trip was made worse by the terrible loud noise in the coach which was someone's idea of music. To us, it was rubbish and it made the trip unpleasant. The attraction itself is very informative and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The tour includes a very basic morning tea. We paid $125.00 each for this tour and it was probably worth $80.00.

Just fabulous, you should make this tour a part of your holiday. From the bus trip out, the boat ride, morning tea, all the insights and the show room, you really come out quite educated on how Pearl's come to be. Rob and Debbie the owners were wonderful hosts but all their staff including the very knowledgeable tour driver contributed to a great half day experience.
Highly recommended so do it.

We had an excellent day, Kat was our tour guide & educated us on how the process of pearls are made to harvest , the live viewing of harvesting the pearl the hard work that goes into the final product , hubby wasn’t interested in going but ended up loving the tour & now is a pearl specialist 😂 Lovely drive out with points of interest explained along the way. Morning tea was lovely. The selection of pearls is amazing and caters for all , But no pressure is put upon you to buy. Thank you Kat, Rob & team for a wonderful morning

We all enjoyed the Willie Creek Pearl Farm Tour. The guide was very friendly and informative. As a guest we were made to feel welcome. Although obviously now a large operation, Willie Creek Pearls still feels like a family business. I was very lucky to come home with a beautiful pair of earrings, after much indecision. So many beautiful designs! Thank you to Rob for being so patient with me. 100% recommended!
Also shout out to the staff at the Cable Beach Store who were lovely when we booked the tour and browsed the range of gorgeous pieces.

This was my first trip to Broome and I found Willie Creek Pearls Cable Beach a few doors away from where I was staying. I found the staff very helpful and they made looking at pearls a very enjoyable experience. My friend and I both made a pearl purchase. I did quite a lot of looking around Broome at pearl shops but made more purchases at the Willie Creek Pearl Farm. I found what I was looking for at prices I could afford and also different from other shops. Thank you for my great experience shopping for pearls I will enjoy wearing them.

Loved it. Stuart was an amazing host and storyteller, explaining the history of pearling in Broome. Time was on our side, being the quiet time of the year. We unfortunately didn’t see the pearl farm because of the time of year with the tides, but we will next time when we go in the better season.
Very friendly and informative, Stuart and all the staff were welcoming, with no obligation to buy. We were also given a lovely morning tea. Thank you so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed our day tour, which included lunch and transport.
Lisa was so informative, friendly and enthusiastic.
We learnt so much about the Australian pearl industry and had a great morning tea, lunch and boat tour on the beautiful tidal Willie Creek.
Highly recommend doing this tour while visiting Broome.

I was on a pearl mission in Broome. My first stop off the plane was Willie Creek Pearls Chinatown showroom. I didn't know this store existed. The lovely Chinatown staff gave me directions. And it turned out we were staying next door and I hadn't noticed it. Large variety of pearls on offer and very friendly and patient staff.

Bought a beautiful pearl from here but after wearing it a couple of times the chain has discolored. Rang them to get some help only to be advised that apparently the chains aren't real, only for display. At no time were we advised that this was the case so you can imagine my disappointment upon hearing this. Their solution is to actually purchase a 'real' gold chain for another $190, mmmm a bit rich after I'd already spent approx $1500 on the necklace.
Buyer beware it seems as the sales staff don't mention this !!

Hello FionaB
Thank you for your feedback regarding a recent purchase of a Pearl Pendent from Willie Creek Pearls.
Firstly, we would like to extend an apology to you for the apparent lack of communication and clarity about the use of display chains. Display chains are used simply because chains are as much a personal taste as the pearl pendent itself. They come in a myriad of different metals and materials, colours and lengths - many of which are on display. Our staff most definitely should have made you aware of your chain options to complete your new piece.
By way of apology, we would like to offer a $50AUD voucher to be redeemed in store or online. Please contact Dee on: tours@williecreekpearls.com.au who will assist in getting this out to you.
Once again, we apologize for the misunderstanding.
Kind regards
Tanya Jackson
