We booked the one day tour with Australian Pinnacle tours,be prepared for a long day,minimum 12 hours door to door. We had plenty of stops to stretch our legs,for a bathroom stop or to buy some food. Driver was very knowledgeable and provided a good commentary on the way.
Lunch at Wave Rock was disappointing so I would make sure you pack some snacks.
At Wave Rock you can climb to the top via a set of stairs and chain guide rails

Take your own food since it is virtually impossible to get food there. The rock itself is interesting and rather more impressive than we thought it woud be with very attractive colours on the surface

Incredible rock formation, has to be seen to be believed. Intimidating, fascinating and awe inspiring. The walking tracks are excellent. Loved Hippos Yawn.

Such an interesting place in the middle of nowhere. You have feeling that you are on that Moon. Been there twice and its not enough.
