Spent an hour here. We had a great guide who brought the gold rush to life for us and the exhibits ere enjoyable and fun. Particularly liked the 'what are you worth if you were gold" and the gold pouring. Great place to visit

An interesting visit very well hosted by a knowledgeable guide. The one tonne gold coin is incredible to see and we enjoyed watching gold being melted in the one remaining furnace.

The mint is quite amazing to visit with good tours, hands on activities, great presents for overseas visitors. The kids always love the gold pour. Suitable for any age group and there is a great sushi train across the road.

If you are interested in the inner workings of a Mint. There is an entry cost. For cheaper things to do, look up Perth Walking Tour or visit Claisebrooke Cove
