We initially visited during the day and this is a lovely church with brick construction, beautiful stained glass and incorporates military chapel. The organ is huge and we returned for Christmas carols to hear it in action ans were not disappointed, close to the center of the Perth CBD, well worth a visit.

This is a lovely, old-fashioned church built in the late 19th century with locally sourced bricks and wood. This is an Anglican church so will be appealing in look to Catholic/Orthodox Christians with its ornate chancel, Lady Chapel and Bavarian crucifixes. If this is not your taste, simply enjoy the serenity and the architecture highlighted by the beautiful stain-glassed windows.... More

This historical cathedral is located behind Town Hall, opposite Perth City Council. The exterior and interior architecture of the cathedral are magnificent, well-maintained, quiet and solemn. The altar and the stained glass windows are beautiful. Definitely worth a visit when you are in the city!

St. Georges Cathedral may not be very grand but it is warm and inviting. Historical plaques tell something of the history of Perth when so many young people went off to fight in two world wars.

Tucked behind the Town Hall I was quite surprised by what I found. I particularly liked the WWI memorial chapel but the cathedral itself was quiet and distinguished.

We are Christians, but we don't know if we can be allowed to sit in the church or not. So we tried, and we went there every Sunday afterwards in the time we stayed in Perth!

We stumbled upon this beautiful traditional Anglican church while strolling around on a quiet weekday. Both the exterior and interior architecture of the cathedral are magnificent and very well-maintained. Especially love the stained glass windows, the wooden pews, the beautiful altar, and they even have the main traditional organ with huge trumpet pipes which we don't see in many modern... More

Located on St George's terrace in the heart of Perth this is an interesting old brick church and quite attractive inside and worth a visit. The saff were very helpful.

Our visit to this beautiful church was improved by a very knowledgable lady who showed us around. She was calm and quiet and full of love for the church and its history. A lovely way to spend half an hour.
