After paying $56 for the group for bus tickets we spent a further $50 on a taxi - after waiting over an hour for two buses that where full! Revolting - either run more buses or dont run them at all. Complete rip off

Easy to get a ticket and just hop on. Did not get motion sick. And the ferries run fairly late at night too.

We travelled with this and other ferry companies, (perhaps all owned by the same parent company), and found them all very good. Fullers ferries were clean, modern, easy to move around and the staff more than willing to provide excellent service and answer any questions.

the staff on board is always helpful and you can save money by purchasing AT HOP Card or monthly pass or day pass. The ferry has onboard cafe and wifi.

Yes the ferry is very accommodating as you can sit on top or inside out of the weather. Our experience was very pleasant a little windy on top but a smooth ride out and back.
