Beautiful Sunday morning. Very good service. there was only 7 passengers on board. Good information on the surrounding area. Being an ex Auckland even I learned a little more history.

A good 2 hour ferry ride from Auckland to Coromandel, shuttle bus was already waiting at Coromandel wharf to take passengers into town. Friendly staff.More

We took the ferry from Devonport to Auckland. It was quick getting on and off the boat. If you're a visitor to Auckland you should take this trip - spectacular view of the city skyline.

we travelled in February and the weather was fine, not hot. I would suggest checking online for average temps in October
