Parnell Farmers' Market operates every Saturday morning throughout the year, from 8am-12noon. The market is located in the carpark of Parnell's iconic Jubilee Building, on the footsteps of Auckland Domain. Growers, farmers and producers from around the region come to market each week with an extensive range of fresh and seasonal produce. Market goers can also enjoy a freshly made coffee and a bite to eat as they relax and enjoy the market community.

This weekly market with the monthly craft hall is an excellent way to kick off a weekend. We always come here for our fresh vegetables and bread. The coffee is very good and there's usually music of some kind. The associated Craft Harvest is brilliant for gift shopping, especially at Christmas.

This market is great for food, I love the Spanish paella, is so great, every time I can travel to Auckland I always make sure to have some paella. On top of that there is a big range of other types of foods, amazing tasting pastries, bread and toppings. So delicious. Take cash! If you don't you can withdraw some... More

Worth the walk! Freshly prepared coffee and two different pastry tents for breakfast. Sadly, the pie vendor was out of breakfast pies by the time we got to it. Fresh vegetables, lettuce/greens, and really tasty melons were featured. We planned on picking up a few things, but left with much more since it all looked so good. The quiche of... More

A smaller market, both in size and scope, than I had somehow expected, but the quality and variety of the produce - mostly fresh veg, meat, bread and other eats - is beyond question. A much better proposition than, for example, the pretentious and snobbish Victoria Park Market, though some guidebooks inexplicably rate that one highly.

Stopped by at this market while waiting for another appointment. I really like how it has a variety of stalls. There was also a section of arts and crafts which I particularly enjoyed.

It's not a huge market unlike the nearby La Cigale but it has great produces and actually cover a good selection: freshly baked bread / danish, vegetables, herb plants, meat, seafood, honey, flowers / plants, eggs etc. Unfortunately it's a cash only market, there is an EFTPOS stall which you can get cash out but there is a fee of... It is my favorite farmer's market in Auckland. It's tiny, but it's clean and calm. You can find fresh fruits and vegetables that is free from sprays. And there are variety of baking items, beverages and even vegan food.

My friends and I were a little hungry and needed some breakfast - what could be better than fresh pastries and real coffee. Plenty of parking, lots of choices for fresh delicious fruit and veg, savouries, pastries, condiments, seafood, meats etc. Every Saturday and Sunday morning.

I've never been to a Farmer's Market before so when I read about this market in Auckland (where I'm visiting for two nights over the weekend), I decided to check it out. The website looked promising and when I emailed them with some queries, their response was prompt and helpful. My first impression of the market was that it was... More

Now I am a fan of markets, i find them very international places, and this one is very very good, I have never seen a better selection of fresh produce, its not a huge market, and parking is very limited, but its very worth it
