Beautiful small church with the most impressive window but take a moment longer to look around the rest of the church and grounds. There was a lovely lady at the door who was very welcoming.

A beautiful place made with love to honour the people of our country and our heroes who fought to protect our rights to freedom. Most important a place to commune with God.

This church was closed when we got there but it is in a beautiful setting. There was a young girl walking behind me and she squealed when she stood on a hot piece of ground. It seems the place is covered in thermal activity.

This church and the grounds on which it stands are in a Maori village on the shore of Lake Rototura. It is a beautiful church with a very interesting history. There is geothermal activity all around. Well worth a visit.

One of the jewels of Rotorua which one should not miss. A very special and original place - The Saint Faith Anglican Church in the lakeside Maori village of Ohinemutu in Rotorua - decorated with timber wood Maori carvings and stained-glass windows. One window features an image of Christ wearing a Maori cloak as he appears to walk on the... More

After the hectic time in Rotorua, this is a delightful peaceful corner of tranquility. the volunteer on duty was very pleasant and informative. the church is part of the old village and that too is worth a just. about 10 mins walk from town centre.

Right on beautiful lake Rotorua, this is one of few churches I have walked in and immediately felt a warm, spiritual feeling in the air (bearing in mind that I am not religious!). The way in which Māori design and christian religion are combined here is wonderfully strange and interesting. Well worth visiting for the designs inside and the lady inside... More

Walk around the gravestones and learn about local history. The church is beautiful, but closed up tight, even on a Sunday evening.
