I didn't know this place existed but it is a wonderful find. Step back in time - the houses are as they were back in the early 20th century and the water pump and forge all are working with staff there who show how things worked back then.

Totally run by volunteers, this free museum is a wonderful place to visit to get the real feel of how it must have been. Check out the forge with the blacksmith hammering away making things just the way they used to. Enjoy

had a guided tour round the museum, which was very informative. The exhibits are detailed, if some of the cures a bit gruesome !
