Walk

A hugely popular area to enjoy some rest and relaxation. Lots of wide open spaces so you never feel crowded. Lots of bird life to see and admire.

So beautiful and quiet, could here the wind, insects, birds, rivers flowing, etc..... Too bad certain areas were busy and packed. But that's cause it's a great hidden gem!

Lovely flat walk , with a beautiful lake where you can hire a small boat. Picnic areas with BBQs to cook your own Food on. Plenty of different breeds of ducks. Short woodland walks, dogs allowed. Plenty of car parking and seats to take the weight off your legs. Watch for new entrance signs, as new construction of the dual... More

Great place to take the family for a BBQ or to use the dog park area to exercise your family pooch. Streams run threw out the park.

For the dog park - its not so much the other dogs, but the owners that cannot control them. We have gone a few times and had dogs attack our fun loving lab. The owners cannot control their dogs, and when one person came up to support this her dog then jumped up and ripped kids jacket. Do not take... More

Great for a refreshing walk. I didnt have a car on this trip so limited to how far around I managed in the time I had, but would love to come back and spend time here again.

Great place to take your dogs for a walk (only if they are social as lots of other dogs walking off their leads.) My dogs love to have a swim and they enjoy the agility course. Friendly other dog walkers.

We remember this place very well as we did picnic there organized by different families. We played cricket, had potluck lunch, did boating, and watched ducks from over the bridge. Very very beautiful place away from the city where u can spend a whole day with family and friends.
