Ticked a long time bucket list item off yesterday at Kawarau bridge. A great company and very well run. I was pretty nervous but the crew really are great. If you are even remotely thinking about it, then do it. It's one hell of a buzz.

I had never bungy jumped before so this was quite the place to do it for the first time, but I enjoyed the overall experience. The check-in was easy, the transportation to the facility was easy, the instructions given by the staff were easy to follow. The jump itself was easier than I thought. From talking with different people, everyone... More

So much fun! It was my first ever bungee and all of the staff made me feel welcome and safe. It was so much fun and I would definitely reccomend it to everyone coming through QT!

We decided to stop just to watch the jumpers. It was a hoot and extremely fun to watch. We didn't spend a penny but got an hour of entertainment. It's amazing how it works. It even had a biplane for the kids.

AJ Hackett is a well oiled machine. From purchasing the ticket in their Qtown office, to signing in on the iPads in the Station Building, to staff checking you-in, the transport, arriving at the Nevis, and the actual jump. We did the NEVIS SWING. I've bungee jumped before in Canada, and to be honest, the worst part for me was... More

Never have I ever done a bungy before, but I decided to go and do the Nevis jump - the highest in NZ. The staff were helpful, funny and friendly; they totally put everyone at ease. We all successfully made the jump, and there are no words to describe it - nothing can compare. Just go and do it, NOW.

It was my 21st birthday and my partner and I wanted to go Bungee jumping, me for the second time and my partner the first. We went to the Kawaru bridge jump, and it was absolutely breathtaking. I was terrified but the guys working their magic were so professional and helpful, even though they refused to push me off the... More

I was absolutely terrified on this and the man operating the ride was my saviour. I got off twice and he eventually got me to do it and I was so glad he did! Great experience.

I did the ledge swing with AJ Hackett from the top of the skyline gondola in Queenstown. Great set up, very safe and knowledgable crew but one of the scariest things I've ever done since I don't even go on rollercoasters normally!! I've since been told the swing is probably scarier than the bungee!

I booked this online and the process was very easy. Staff in the outlet in Queenstown were helpful when I wanted to confirm where to go. The traffic was very bad this morning and the staff were again very helpful and phoned ahead to advise I may be late. I was a very nervous first timer but the staff were... More
