Always use i-site wherever you can. Impartial advice, always friendly and very knowledgeable. Book tickets for almost anything in safety. Cannot recommend them enough in any NZ town, and they are everywhere.

Went to the visitor center today looking for tours. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to make reservations for me and give me recommendations for places to eat.

I found the staff very well informed and very willing to help. The brochures that we were given were a great help in finding our way round.

I had an easy question on options concerning walkways around Queenstown. The lady at the desk seemed annoyed and bored and provided only rudimental information and didn't even offered me a map. Probably, I was just not lucky there concerning staff.

We only had 2 days to do the best of Queenstown and the Staff there was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. They helped us get the most out of our short stay. We really appreciate them and highly recommend using their services.

The i-SITE bureaus are a central service for booking travel related activities. They usually have agents who speak a variety of languages, so this is an efficient place for non-English speakers. There are racks and racks of brochures for everything from bungy jumping to heli-skiing, so you can get a good sense of what is going on during your visit.... More

Everything went well. I asked for a Wanaka tour and they were able to locate one for me, make the call, and take the payment. When I asked her "does it cost more to book here" ie is there an upmark ie do they make commission. Because I can easily book by myself. The girl told me "no." I think... More

Hi there Thank you for your feedback, and I'm pleased my staff were able to help you to book your Wanaka trip. With regard to the commission, there has been a misunderstanding here. The commission that you speak about is nothing to do with my staff or the trip you booked, it refers to the fact that you chose to... More
