The drive from Tamworth to Coffs Harbour via Armidale, Dorrigo and Bellingen ( not to mention all the beautiful coastal villages you pass such nearby such as Mylstom and Sawtell) is one of great varieties of landscapes covering North Western Plains, up the Moonbi ranges to the New England tablelands, across the beautiful green valleys ( often misty) and down... Dorrigo is worth a stop over. Have a trip outside the car and visit the many waterfalls along the way.

The drive between Armidale and Dorrigo is a must for travellers. The scenery is spectacular. My favourite falls are the Ebor falls

A good drivers road, plenty of curves. There are some one lane section on the descend to Bellingen. Plenty of sights to drop off along the way.

We drove along the Waterfall Way from Dorrigo to Tamworth. It's superb; we stopped at Dangar and Ebor Falls and at other spots too. Well worth taking the trouble to seek out.

We couldn't walk to far as we had an elderly lady with us however the paths to the two viewing areas were easy and the view was spectacular

Great to experience the Australian outdoor. Plenty of places to stop and admire the view. The drive itself is comfortable.
