We loved this place. So much history involved. the staff were friendly informative and taught us a lot about the area and it's history. You need to come and visit this place. There is so much to learn.

This is really interesting as it traces the lives of some of the convicts sent to Port Macquarie which was a penal colony for second offenders. It also recreates the lives of the early settlers and how the town of Port Macquarie developed. Definitely worth...More

Spent a couple of hours just wandering around, displays set out very well and very informative definately worth another look as I', sure we didn't see everything. Excellent

We really enjoyed visiting this building. It brought back many memories with some hands on displays such as being in a Court Room. We also enjoyed morning tea here.More
