My friend is visiting from overseas, after visiting here late yesterday afternoon she decided that Currumbin should be her home.
We arrived around 5.30pm - there were swimmers, surfers, dragonboats, beach combers, dogs swimming and families playing on the beach and in the water.
We were in Gold Coast recently and our visit happened to coincide with the SWELL Sculpture festival which proved fortunate as did our decision to check it out despite the fact we already had other activities booked on the day.
