This park is beautifully maintained with lots to see for all ages. Plenty of shade and seating. Road is flat and smooth. We love it.

There is much thought put into these gardens which are centrally located in town just near the Myer Centre. They are socially inclusive gardens which cater for people with sensory disabilities and also physically disabled. Always beautifully maintained and such a pleasure to all the sensors. Fantastic in September when it is the Carnival of Flowers! Amazing

This park is a beautiful.park. It features annual flowers in abundance and designs such as Thomas the Tank engin carved in a hedge with seats for the kids. There is plenty of space for picnic etc and covered areas

These 4 acres of gardens are a must see for any gardener. They are meticulously maintained and the gardeners enjoy creative freedom to make the gardens worthwhile visiting. This is especially so September at Carnival of Flowers time when they create a one-off garden with a different theme every year. There are playgrounds for the children, picnic areas for all... More

Laurel Bank Park features more 'planned' gardens - so bountiful amounts of flowers, topiary, scents, etc. There are BBQ's and Kids play area. GREAT park - but again, this is Toowoomba, what else would you expect?

The gardeners at this park do a superlative job. the grounds are always delightful but really come alive during Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. It's orderly but doesn't feel uptight or pretentious and there are lots of playful landscaping ideas that really appeal to the children. There used to be a scented garden here for the visually impaired, while not technically... More

Laurel Bank Park has the feel of a heritage park. It has well-planned, open spaces with beautiful, established trees and gardens. The added feature of a garden with a variety of perfumed shrubs and plants, together with a water fountain, for the visually impaired adds to the appeal of this graceful place in the heart of the city. It's a... More

If you're looking for a gated playground and lots to look at, this is your place. Also lots of shades/undercover picnic tables.

Went through The Carnival of Flowers time, very nice park with a sented garden. Nice open spaces for children to play and to have a picnic. Very well maintained throughout the year.
