Beautiful and spacious.

A very relaxing, calming place. Ample paths for walking or jogging. Well designed and maintained. I went in the early morning to look at the birds. Great location for that.

I come here with my family on a fairly regular basis. Its relaxing to wonder through and has a nice little café in the centre. Its not huge so its not a big impost physically and the kids love running around on the lawns and following the smaller winding pathways.

The gardens are a delight in all seasons. But it must betime for a new toilet block that old thing at the back of the gardens really is a disgrace.

A very well planned garden. A truly great surprise. Been driving pass its door for the last 10 years, and this time, we make the turn and discover something very enjoyable.

This is a beautiful historic garden with a very large variety of plants. They have an amazing cacti and succulent section. Just a lovely garden to stroll or picnic in.

So many local people simply haven't made the effort to visit GBG, they are beautiful, sights, smells and even the sounds of the birds in the trees are delightful. There is a cafe inside the gardens, lots of space for kids to run around. Seems to be dog friendly as well. Free entry is a plus.

A most delightful location to spend half an hour strolling the immaculate grounds. An absolutely exquisite array of mature trees, abundant flowers in various seasons. On a sunny day it's an ideal location for picnic lunch. The café on sight even has blankets to lay out on the manicured lawn.

Geelong Botanical Gardens is a 'must see' when visiting Geelong. There are many varieties of flowers, trees and shrubs and it is very easy to walk around. Parking is available close by. There is a lovely Tea House in the gardens where you can enjoy coffee, snacks or lunch. The Gardens are open from 8am to 5pm.
