We visited on last day of holiday. All three children aged 4, 7 and 9 had an amazing time. There is something for all abilities with ground level activities to get children used to the ropes followed by graded courses in the trees.

Spent ages here doing everything on offer. We had two different fear/skill levels in our party and found everyone was catered for. Well set out and compact with plenty of zips. Gear was all in good condition and the courses were also well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and the safety briefings were clear and simple.

Have taken a group of girls on this activity twice now and both times was enjoyable. Staff are very professional and helpful. The girls gained a great deal of confidence and enjoyment from this activity. It was also a reasonable price and not far to travel from Whangarei.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and safety thoroughness of the employees and organisation. There are at least ten different climbing walkway activities, which cater for very young children, not to high off the ground, for them to gain their confidence, to extreme heights for those that are able and willing. My nephews loved it and were exhausted at... More

Our 8 year old daughter was keen on a visit as we passed through Whangarei. She's not exactly the most adventurous type, so I had my reservations. However there are enough courses for any level, and although she was hesitant the excellent staff guided her through. If you're a thrill seeker there's plenty here.

My family and I have been to Adventure Forest for quite a few years now and have always enjoyed it. Adventure Forest sits just outside Whangarei in old pine plantation. It consists of a number of rope challenges and flying foxes at a range of heights in the trees. These are all graded for height, challenge and difficulty. My 8... More

Arrived an hour before closing but managed to get in enough challenges to justify the quite reasonable cost. The kids think it is still the best part of the holiday so far. Lots of courses at different difficulty levels to satisfy all and not a challenge to learn the technical details of staying safe. A friendly operation and highly recommended... More

It's an ok walk but would recommend shoes and if goin to see the water fall it is a steep climb up and u definitely need shoes and not an easy place to take ur children on that route but the rest is a really nice scenic walk
