We sat in this area to have a coffee and watch the world go by. It's a very pleasant area with a few shops, restaurants, cafes, a play area for kids and right by the river and marina.

The marina interfaces well with the CBD with a cool collection of restaurants and cafes. Walking the loop as a prelude to dinner or lunch to stimulate your appetite is highly recommended.

A good area to stroll around the basin on a well maintained path. The area itself has a number of cafes and art places and you can easily spend a couple of hours here
