Great fishing recommend it.

Well equipped, the electric reels made winding up fish from 170 metres down much easier than using hand cranked ones. Spectacular views back to shore, lots of sea birds including... read more

Went fishing with these folks and had a great time. Booked a morning trip and within 2 hours had all the fish I wanted and a limit of crayfish (delicious spiny lobster). They were real pros. Those crayfish are about $100 each at restaurants and I paid just over that for the whole trip. A fun time and great deal.

Well equipped, the electric reels made winding up fish from 170 metres down much easier than using hand cranked ones. Spectacular views back to shore, lots of sea birds including albatrosses looking for a feed. Plenty of fish and crayfish, had to give half away.

My husband did the tour and he told me to tell everybody how awesome his trip was. He catched a lot of fish, it was a beautiful morning, the crue were cool fishing guys and he saw a lot of wildlife. And I could enjoy the fish he brought at home.

We booked for a 3 hour trip - barely caught anything, but they kept us out out there for longer than the 3 hrs to give us the best chance. The captain stayed in the cabin, issuing a near-constant stream of expletives and was far from happy whenever we saw him. My language can be as bad as the next... More

We make the long trip from the Bay of Plenty especially to fish with... More

We went out for four hours in miserable, wet, cold weather with rough seas. The crew worked tirelessly to put us on to fish and with filletting. I wondered if they would cut the trip short with the poor conditions but they stuck to their committment. Lots of fish and a cray each. Dolphins, albatross and even a whale in... More

The first words that the skipper said to our group of 10 was "Get ready to spew and get wet". This statement was one of the longer sentences that we heard him say all day and it was possibly the only one that did not contain the 'F' word. I and my friends are by no means prudes but when... More

Went out on a 3 hour morning trip, absolutely more than I ever expected. They gave me an electric reel to use which was magic. I came home with 2 crayfish, a bag of blue cod and another bigger bag of perch. More than my money's worth.

The captain was very rude, swearing, smoking and he was killing two little sharks in front of us(banging them to dead on board of the ship and throw them back into the water because he was mad about the fact that he didnt catch much crayfish in his nets! The crew did not spent any time with the tourists. The... More
