Went primarily for the children play park and the nature walk, morning turned out to be a great success. The visual aids explains what he buildings had looked like in years gone by was an interesting feature.

The whole place is mantained in a very pure way, respecting the old buildings and stones without adding too many extra elements to them. You get to imagine how it used to be. Nature around it is also beautiful. Good cakes at the café!

.. then you have to visit Esrum Kloster og Mollegaard. Kloster is the Danish Word for monestary and it has been restorated beautifully. You simply have to go visit! In the cellar you can buy local products - beer and sausages - pottery and books.
