2 cheap car rentals also have a company called 2 cheap parking that provide a shuttle service to the airport. This company is terrible to deal with. They allowed me to book my car in and took the money off my account. When I called to tell them I did not receive a confirmation email I was told it was ok and just bring my car. I confirmed the time I would be there and the person who could hardly speak English said just bring the car and they would take me to the airport. When I arrived, the person there was very rude and said they were closed. I tried to tell him I phoned earlier and they said it would be fine. He continued being rude and told me to go find another car park service, even though they had taken the money. He said they would refund the money but they did not. Don’t even bother using this company.

We have arrived for a holiday in New Zealand and rented a car from Snap Rentals at Auckland airport. Having previously had a good experience with Go rentals we were not concerned when our travel consultant chose Snap. HOWEVER… we were forced to pay a a further insurance, + bond + Premium location fee. An unpleasant and costly shock. Compare the other companies before renting. Also the shuttle bus will not return us at 17.00 as advised so we will have to arrive well ahead of time to get a lift back to the airport. BEWARE.
