We welcome visitors to our cellar door, located at the winery in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels wine region. Originally a working part of the winery, the cellar door is an impressive space with 5 metre-high ceilings and a great view of our white barrel hall through a huge sliding glass door. Here you can purchase from our full range of award winning wines and a wide selection is open for tasting. You can even pick up a bottle or two of something special – wines only retailed through the cellar door – or take home a souvenir of your visit from our quality branded merchandise. Our lovely gardens and expansive lawn make the perfect spot to enjoy a picnic – you can make up your own platter from our selection of delicious produce. In the summer we often have live music and hot food available at weekends, just check the events section of our website. The cellar door team are a knowledgeable and friendly bunch who will guide you through our wines and answer your questions. They might even have a bottle of something “not on the list” for you to try, especially at weekends. In the summer(October – Easter), we are open 7 days a week for sales and tasting (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday 10.00am – 5.00pmWinter (After Easter – September) we're open Wednesday through Saturday 11.00am – 4.00pm We do ask that larger groups, mini-bus groups and tours book in with us in advance. Tasting charges apply.

Myself, friends and family ( Irish, Welsh, English and Scottish) went to this winery for a tasting and cheeseboard. I don't think they generally serve a cheeseboard but we rang ahead and requested this and they happily obliged. This was about the 5th winery we visited on our trip (not all in 1 day)!! It was a fantastic experience. Sacha... More

The staff at Trinity are very knowledgeable and willing to help you through your tasting. If you show some interest, i.e. you're not just a 'tyre kicker' they will invest the time back. There are tables outside so you can purchase wine by the bottle or the glass and sit and enjoy the sun! Very worthwhile for a visit.

This was the second winery we visited on the tour. Sacha tempted us with reds, whites and rose wines all of which were delicious. He explained the process to us and we even discovered that white wine wasn't necessarily from white grapes! We left with 3 bottles of the Sauvignon Blanc to take home, but have already drunk 2!

The wines here are great, we didn't sample the whites, but the reds were sublime and we left with a bottle of rosé (we are not usually rosé drinkers.) The bloke who served us was knowledgable and friendly. The location is modern which is nice though if you are looking for rustic charm and atmosphere there are plenty of others... More

Always one of the top spots on the HB wine trail - wines are outstanding, cellar door staff super friendly - took our staff out for tasting & weekend fun as well as stunning Grove Lunch which absolutely amazing day out. Don't miss the Tempranillo, Marsanne or Monte

I had a wine tasting at Trinity Hill and the lady who was taking us through the experience was extremely well-informed and knowledgable about the different wines. It is such a beautiful vineyard and the wines are divine. They poured a good amount for the tastings too and the $7 fee for the tasting is refunded if you buy a... More

They poured a good amount of wine for tasting. Even with all the visitors, they took the time to explain everything and didn't rush the tasting. They talked about the history, the soils and their effects, the differences in the wines, food pairing and any other details. Very friendly!
