Stopped here for a look. Quite nice. Great spot for a coffee & a bite to eat. Very friendly staff. Only a short walk to the falls.

Beautiful grassy and shady sites. Massive swimming hole downstream of Edith falls. Couple of good hikes to do to get to other pools.

After a 20 minute hike up the hill, the first thing you see is the view of the falls. Upon walking a bit further down you are amazed at what you see! It is a bit tricky to get across the rocs to be able to swim but it is worth the effort to do so. Water was refreshing and... More

There is a beautiful 2.8 km hike to the Edith Falls. The place is stunning, reminds me of Jurassic Park with all the ferns and foliage. Not to mention the crocs lingering at this time at the end of the wet season. We skipped the swimming but enjoyed every minute.

About 70km drive from Katherine. Toilets and showers, cafe and picnic area right at the carpark. Walked loop counter clockwise which had the harder, longer part before the swim which made the swim all the more refreshing. The upper pool is quite extensive with some good currents to carry you along. Enjoyed a delicious buffalo burger and smoothie at the... More

Great walk. If you don't like rock hopping make sure you do the short side to the top not the long side as it is a lot smoother and quicker. That said if you like better views and rock hopping definitely do the longer side.

The swim at the top is spectacular! Be warned that the 1km hike can be difficult in areas so would recommend some proper footwear. Definitely a beautiful spot and a must see if travelling through the Territory.
