Got some great images of Kata Tjuta and it's 36 domes, and then was also able to spend time in the Aborginal culture centre, very interesting to see some many different aspects to Aboriginal life.

Yes, I do like to get a lot of Information about the places I visit but then again there are better ways then ong text tables to get the job done. A bit Commercial interesting informations, some nice stuff to buy, so good for an hour or so.

Very interesting and an insight into Aboriginal culture and history. It's worth spending a little time there.

Looks like the Cultural Centre is all about selling food and drinks and trying to sell the local art. Funny to watch when one of the Aboriginal ladies is painting with a plastic fork when holding a cell phone to her ear with the other hand. Not very informative.

The aboriginal people are very spiritual and private people. The cultural center discusses their history as well as shares some of their stories. No photography is allowed inside the center due to its sacred nature.

I have to say, this is one of the worst cultural centers I have ever experienced in a national park anywhere in the world. First off, everything is presented in the past tense. There is no nod to the fact that aboriginal people still live on this land! Secondly, there are no rangers or guides available to answer questions, give... More

Most of the time I visit these centers, I feel as though they are a carbon copy of one another. And, whilst, I can't promise that some of you may still find that sentiment true with regard to this center, I do not. The exhibits are well curated if some of the videos are dated. Actually, I didn't mind the... More

I loved this centre. It is a lovely building with great decoration inside and out. Its very informative in many different languages. There are also short films about the area and the aboriginals way of life. The best bit about it is the fact it was designed by the aboriginal people to explain their way of life and the union... We visited prior to walking around Uluru. Not sure the visit enhanced our appreciation of Uluru, but it had some interest of it's own.
