It might be pretty, but it isn't worth spending the day as there's not really any place to lie down comfortably. The beach is very narrow, the only place that seemed nice was at the hotel Atlantis, on their long chairs.

We visited Playa Bonita a few times during our time in Las Terranas. It is an excellent beach. Water is nice and sand is beautiful.

The location is good for a get away. Take all you need with you as it is a trek back for anything you have forgotten.

Stopped by this beach for about 30mins, it was secluded, waves looked rough, not good for swimming. Not sure if its always that rough. View of the beach was beautiful, lots of palm trees and quiet.

Have not visited Bonita since the hurricanes but in general all of the LT beaches are almost back to previous status. Some of the access roads and parking areas are still a challenge. Was at Playa Punta Popi this weekend and... More

Hello: I would say you could have a decent meal from RD$500 to RD$800 per person = US$10 to $15 in any of the restaurants around. Regards, Carlos
