If you are travelling through the Kimberley's this place you are looking for. By the name of being a mine I wasn't sure.... but omg it's the true bush camping experience. Woke up most morning to the sounds of dingos. Ruth was fabulous. Her stories about how the whole place was set up is amazing, can't even start to repeat... More

A great little spot tucked just off the Victoria H/way and Duncan Rd T junction. All the other reviews give a good picture of what to expect and so I won't repeat the info. if you are thinking of cooking over an open fire - there is one central communal fireplace - no individual fireplaces. Fantastic fish and chips were... More

We visited the Zebra Rock Mine after seeing the signs on the road and it was a great idea and next time I'll camp over. It is a unique place to visit as its the only place that mines zebra rock. It is a family run business and Ruth was lovely to talk too. The gallery/shop was nice and the... More

The caravan park was basic, but did the job. It is early days for the business, so expect things to improve over the next few years. This is very much a family affair. We went on the mine tour and were blown away with the beautiful rock formations they have found. I love the vision of the owners for this... More

We enjoyed our trip to Zebra Rock Mine and admired the objects for sale in the gallery. Went down to the waterside and watched kids feeding the fish, which was entertaining.

We really enjoyed our visit to the gallery, found our hostess to be very friendly, personable and informative. I bought a pendant and a piece of the zebra rock. Scones delicious! As it was early in the day we moved on to camp at Keep River N P (fabulous) although there was a nice atmosphere if you decide to stay... More

We wandered the gallery and had a look at all the beautiful rocks, gems and fossils. Friendly staff, happy to answer any questions, some things on the pricey side, but something there for everyone I think. Our son was delighted with the small fossil we got. There is also a little cafe there where we enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea.... More

Loved our two nights at Zebra Rock. We had three sites together with some patchy grass. There is no power and no hot water in the showers but it was really a great stay. We did the gallery tour with Ruth and learned so much. We ate the scones and relished the freshness and abundant jam. Free tea and coffee... More

Travellers we had passed said the sunset cruise was the highlight of their trip so we made a point of trying to book some seats. We left phone messages, submitted queries on the website and left emails. Still haven't had a reply. Despite the lack of communication we took a punt and turned up. This was the end of August... What a wonderful surprise the Zebra Rock was. The atmosphere was so good; friendly, inclusive, a product of the central cafe style tables and the complimentary tea and coffee and fruit and vegetable swap. The sunset wetlands cruise was so much fun and very beautiful, including a dip in Lake Argyle. Fish and chips on return to the camp were... More
